Parts are printed to order in South Florida and ship within 1–2 business days to addresses in the United States. You'll get tracking by email when your order ships.
Stock accessories that arrive damaged or incorrect can be returned within 30 days for a replacement or refund. Made-to-measure and custom items are final sale — see below.
Some products are printed to the measurements you enter (for example the dock cleat fender bar) or made to a custom request. Because each one is produced specifically for you, these items are final sale and cannot be returned for fit.

Our parts are accessories and non-structural replacements. Never use them for load-bearing, steering, towing, lifting, or any safety-critical purpose. Follow the install steps provided with each product and inspect parts regularly in the marine environment.
We collect only what we need to fulfill your order and answer your requests: contact details, shipping address, and anything you choose to send us (photos, measurements). Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
We don't sell your information. We use it to process orders, provide quotes, and contact you about your order or request.
